Where to Begin

Right so Where do you Begin? Picking an army can be hard. Here at Blodband We get that buying a whole Boxset THEN to find out that Space Marines...Kinda Boring. But youve Wasted £185!. Weve Got you. Come and try out an army, Learn the rules, Get a flavour for if its the right choice for you.

Respect Everyone

Treat all staff, customers, and opponents with courtesy and respect. Bullying, harassment, discrimination, intimidation, threatening behaviour, or abusive language will not be tolerated.
 

Aggression Towards Staff

Blodband operates a zero-tolerance policy towards aggression, abuse, threats, or intimidation directed at our staff, whether verbal, physical, or online.

Any customer displaying this behaviour will be asked to leave immediately. Depending on the severity of the incident, the individual may receive a temporary or permanent ban from the store without warning. Where appropriate, incidents may be reported to the police.@
 

Rght to Refuse Service & Ban Customers

Blodband reserves the right to refuse service, refuse entry, or remove any person from the premises whose behaviour negatively impacts the safety, wellbeing, or enjoyment of our staff or customers.

We also reserve the right to issue temporary or permanent bans to anyone who:

  • Behaves aggressively or abusively.

  • Harasses or intimidates staff or customers.

  • Cheats or repeatedly behaves unsportingly during events.

  • Deliberately damages store property or stock.

  • Refuses to follow store policies after being asked by a member of staff.
     

Food & Drink

Only drinks purchased in-store may be consumed on the premises (water bottles are always welcome). Please keep food away from gaming tables where possible.
 

Look After the Store

Please respect our tables, terrain, chairs, products, and facilities. Customers may be held responsible for any deliberate or negligent damage.

Trading Cards

Trading between customers is welcome but is done entirely at your own risk. Blodband accepts no responsibility for trades made between customers.

 

Buying & Selling

Private buying and selling of cards, miniatures, or hobby items between customers is not permitted inside the store. If you wish to sell items, please speak to a member of staff.
 

Fair Play

Follow the current official rules for the game being played. During organised events, staff decisions are final.

Language!

Please keep language appropriate for a public, family-friendly environment.
 

Keep Walkways Clear

Please keep bags, boxes, and personal belongings stored safely under tables or chairs.
 

Personal Hygiene

Please maintain good personal hygiene and wear clean clothing to ensure a comfortable environment for everyone.
 

No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the premises.
 

CCTV

CCTV is in operation throughout the store for the safety and security of our customers, staff, and property.
 

Pokémon Product Purchase Policy

  • Maximum 1 Elite Trainer Box per customer, per day.

  • Maximum 3 booster packs from newly released Pokémon products per customer, per day (unless otherwise stated).

  • Purchase limits may be adjusted during periods of high demand.
