All refund requests must be made within 15 days of placing your order. Requests submitted after this 15-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

Why Refunds Are Limited

Once an order is placed, funds are immediately allocated to product preparation and processing. Because of this allocation, returning and reselling the product becomes difficult after a short period.
